NC Standards Academy & MLs Summer Conference (East)

During this session, attendees will experience a three-dimensional approach to teaching, learning, and formative assessment by investigating scientific phenomena. Participants will discuss how the three dimensions from A Framework for K-12 Science Education - Disciplinary Core Ideas (DCI), Science & Engineering Practices (SEP), and Crosscutting Concepts (CCC) - connect to the 2023 K-12 Science Standards. The intended audience includes K-12 science teachers, administrators, and instructional coaches.
